Leah's Dream is starting the Afafanto Girls' Clubs to work with Junior High School girls, after school, on preparing for their B.E.C.E. exams. Help us give these girls the confidence they need to move on with their education. Girls Clubs are located in the villages of Larabanga, BagaBaga and Sagnirigu with plans for expansion to other villages especially in the newly created Savannah Region. 

 

We are pleased to welcome Ex-Peace Corps Volunteer Ian Thomas to our Leah's Dream family, He will be helping to facilitate the Girls' Clubs as a new member of our US Board. We will be following the Womenstrong International Curriculum as well as teaching test taking skills. A successful program will increase the number of girls who are qualified to receive our Afafanto Scholarship to Secondary High School.
